Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the receipt and processing of invoices

- Maintain accurate financial records and reports

Types of Accounts/Reception Work:
* Monitoring reception inbox for invoices and keeping up to date
* Receiving, coding, and having invoices signed off by management or relevant department/person
* Entering invoices correctly and paying them off once paid through the bank
* Taking phone calls professionally and respectfully, including transferring, holding, and facilitating conversations with clients & suppliers
* Managing staff whereabouts – keeping track of where office staff are during the day (using/keeping an appointment calendar)
* Helping out with regular cleaning of surfaces to assist with the COVID safe measures
