Job Description
- Manage and grow partnerships to achieve policy quota targets and business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue current partnership opportunities within the financial services sector.
- Provide regular updates and insights on market trends and partnership performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to partners.
- Represent the organisation at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Prepare and present reports on partnership outcomes to senior leadership.
- Resolve issues and provide solutions to partners to maintain strong relationships.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Partnerships Manager should have:
- A strong background in sales or business development within the financial services industry.
- Proven experience in insurance sales, and experiencing dealing with brokers.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in developing and executing strategic partnership plans.
- An understanding of market trends and their impact on business growth.
- The capability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities effectively.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
