Young Bucks Early Learning Centres is seeking a highly competent and knowledgeable Nominee Leader to join our team on a maternity leave contract with the opportunity for an ongoing role.

The successful candidate will have extensive skills and experience in Education and Services National Law and Regulations in Western Australia, effective leadership and people management skills, reliability, emotional maturity and resilience, high level of communication skills, and working rights in Australia.
Responsibilities include adhering to Education and Care Services National Regulations, facilitating policies and procedures, implementing Quality Improvement Plans, recruiting teams, ensuring quality education and care, contributing to the community, and being actively available to families.
