The Role
This is a hands-on, field-based role that will see you working on sites throughout Southeast Queensland.
You'll carry out inspections, testing and certifications of lifting and safety equipment to ensure compliance and safety standards are met. You will also carry out general maintenance and repairs to equipment both on site and in the factory.
No two days are the same — one day you'll be inspecting lifting gear on a high-rise construction site, the next you may be working with cranes, rigging equipment, or other heavy machinery on an infrastructure project.
With this in mind, you MUST be physically fit and capable of performing manual handling tasks. This includes the ability to lift, carry, move, and shift items safely in accordance with workplace health and safety guidelines.

About You
We're looking for someone with a hands-on mindset who enjoys being out in the field and has great attention to detail. You may be a graduate, a tradesperson, or someone looking for a career change — what matters most is your attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
You'll bring:
* Demonstrated experience as a Lifting Safety Technician & Inspector is a MUST
* A practical, hands-on approach and you will need to be comfortable working on construction sites, working at heights and in confined spaces
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* A current driver's licence (essential)
