We're seeking a passionate and strategic Regional Marketing Manager to lead the marketing vision across a portfolio of ISPT retail precincts, driving creativity, insight, and performance every step of the way. This role is one of two Regional Marketing Managers within the ISPT portfolio, working closely together and reporting to the Group Marketing Manager.
**The Opportunity**
This role blends leadership, strategy, and creativity. As Regional Marketing Manager, you'll:
+ Enhance and drive the marketing strategy for a diverse portfolio of ISPT retail precincts.
+ Inspire and guide a team of centre-based marketers, building capability and alignment.
+ Drive integrated campaigns and activations that bring retail spaces to life and enhance the customer experience.
+ Manage budgets, reporting, and analytics to ensure ROI and commercial success.
+ Build trusted partnerships with retailers, agencies, and key stakeholders.
+ Collaborate with Centre Managers and the National Marketing team to deliver seamless, high-performing results.
**About You**
You're a confident marketing leader with a love for retail, placemaking, and storytelling. You bring:
+ 8+ years of shopping centre or retail marketing experience.
+ Proven success in leading and mentoring teams (including non-direct reports).
+ Strong strategic thinking balanced with creative flair and commercial insight.
+ Expertise in budget management, reporting, and campaign analytics.
+ Excellent stakeholder and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
+ A degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications (or similar).
