Bellevue Gold Limited (ASX:BGL) is a high-grade gold mine in Western Australia. The Bellevue mine has an estimated 10+ year mine life forecast to produce approximately 150,000 ounces of gold in FY26.
Underground mining has been ongoing since late 2020, establishing multiple mining fronts that de-risk production, with exploration potential expected to expand the current high-grade resource.
The Bellevue Gold Mine is located about 30 km north of Leinster township within a major gold and nickel producing district. The company boasts a highly skilled management team with a successful track record in exploration and developing major gold mines.
Bellevue Gold aims to achieve net zero greenhouse gas emissions for the Bellevue Gold Project by 2026, supported by a sector-leading renewable energy power station with an anticipated 70-80% renewable energy penetration rate.

This role involves assisting with the daily operations and administration of all Work Health & Safety (WHS) activities on site. The successful candidate will help develop and promote WHS procedures, policies, and standards, and monitor WHS initiatives continuously.
We have an experienced WHS team committed to coaching and mentoring to support career development in WHS. The role may include joining our Emergency Response Team to gain additional skills. This is a fly-in fly-out position with an 8 days on, 6 days off rotation.
Main duties and responsibilities include:
* Assisting with the INX Database.
* Supporting the coordination and management of health and hygiene monitoring programs (noise, dust, diesel particulate, water).
* Assisting with health and safety contractor activities for surface and underground operations.
* Participating in incident investigations across the site.
* Analyzing trends from incidents and audits, advising management on improvements.
* Supporting the implementation and maintenance of the site Mine Safety Management System (MSMS), including procedures, registers, and checklists.
* Promoting safety management systems such as Critical Risk Verification, and fostering a safety culture through consultation, communication, and training.
* Assisting with inductions and onboarding for new employees and contractors.
* Ensuring compliance with safety policies and statutory requirements through education, training, and audits.
* Developing a risk-based safety approach and maintaining relationships with management, employees, stakeholders, and contractors.
* Providing support for WHS-related day-to-day requests and maintaining a visible presence on site.
* Developing and delivering safety training and awareness programs.
* Maintaining the site Risk Register, participating in audits and inspections, and assisting incident investigations.
* Supporting Fit for Work testing and assisting the Emergency Response Team as needed.
* Providing administrative support to the WHS Manager and team, and assisting project, exploration, and corporate safety teams as required.
Qualifications, skills, and experience required:
* Relevant WHS certifications (minimum Cert 4 WHS, HLTPAT005).
* Valid driver's license.
* Strong commitment to workforce safety and well-being.
* Excellent communication, literacy, and MS Office skills.
* Experience with INX Database.
* Previous experience working in a gold mine environment.
