**About the Role**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Group Fitness Trainers to deliver high-energy,
results-driven group fitness training classes. You'll be responsible for coaching members of all fitness levels, ensuring proper form and technique, and creating a positive and motivating
atmosphere.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Deliver structured and engaging strength and conditioning group classes
- Provide personalised feedback and modifications to cater to different fitness levels
- Build strong relationships with members and foster a supportive training environment
- Monitor member progress and provide motivation and guidance
- Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the training space
To succeed in this role, you will have:
Certificate III in Fitness (or equivalent)
Current First Aid and CPR certification
Previous experience in group fitness coaching, particularly in strength and conditioning
A strong understanding of proper training principles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals
A high-energy and positive attitude
**Job Types**: Subcontract, Casual
Pay: $25.23 - $73.96 per hour
