This will help shape the core foundations of our new Contract Management System (CMS), replacing aging legacy systems to create a smarter, more secure future. Reporting to the Project Manager and Chief Financial Officer you will drive the end-to-end financial governance of the project by ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards and internal controls. Key scope of this role includes finalisation of posting book, ensure accurate interface between business systems, accounting and treasury systems, and ensure effective configuration and operation of financial systems. Ensure accurate Data migration and financial reporting requirements are implemented. As the finance SME, you will provide strategic advice to the project team and stakeholders, while driving transparency and accountability across all financial activities as functional specialist for the project representing finance and treasury. The role will also assist in managing all budgeting, forecasting, accruals, and variance tracking on the project cost.
