About the role
As a Junior Executive Assistant, you will work closely with and report to the Group Head's Executive Assistant. You will also provide support to other Executive Assistants in the Corporate Advisory team.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
* printing, scanning and preparing documents
* assisting with diary and email management
* helping with travel and meeting arrangements
* supporting billing and expense processes
* maintaining electronic and hard copy filing systems
* liaising with team members and external contacts when required
* carrying out other administrative duties to support the team.
This role is designed to give you a solid introduction to the executive assistant profession. You will gain practical experience, training and support in a collaborative team environment.

About you
As our successful candidate, you will have:
* strong written and verbal communication skills
* intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office and other common systems
* excellent attention to detail
* strong interpersonal skills
* a positive and engaged approach to work
* the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* prior experience in legal secretarial or administrative work is an advantage, but not essential.
