We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our ecommerce strategy across multiple platforms.
As Head of Ecommerce, you will own and grow the full ecommerce strategy, optimise and manage our website, user experience, and conversion rates. You will also lead and collaborate on digital marketing, email campaigns, and social media performance.
You will oversee merchandising, promotions, pricing strategies, and product drops. Additionally, you will analyse data, report on performance, and tweak for speed + scale.
You will work closely with design, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment.
This is a full-time, office-based role in our Gold Coast HQ. If you have 5+ years of experience in ecommerce with proven results scaling DTC brands, Shopify or similar platform expertise, and a strong grasp of CRO, SEO, email, and paid performance marketing, then we want to hear from you.
A natural leader who thrives in fast-paced, product-obsessed teams is ideal for this role. Passion for motorsports is a plus but not required.
