Exciting Opportunity for a Manager to join and lead our Little Scholars Campus Deception Bay North Campus

Little Scholars School of Early Learning is a home‑from‑home, family‑oriented early education campus that focuses on creating a successful future for all children, educators and families. Situated in the heart of Deception Bay North, we have a beautiful and well‑resourced environment that cares for children from 6 weeks to 6 years.


Role Requirements

We are seeking a strong Campus Manager to lead the campus and its team. This will be a full‑time position, 38 hours per week, with remuneration in line with the candidate's experience.

The successful candidate will need:

* Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Children's Services or Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood)
* Current valid Working with Children Check
* Current first aid, CPR and emergency asthma and anaphylaxis training
* Strong understanding of regulation/legislation, EYLF and NQS is essential
* Ability to stay calm and considered in the face of anything
* Strong team leadership abilities with experience leading, inspiring and developing a team of professional educators


Key Role Responsibilities

* Put children and parents first taking the time to greet everyone and ensure they have the best possible experience via high‑quality tours and orientations
* Recruit, motivate and inspire a team of passionate educators to best practice
* Oversee and guide the highest quality of classroom curriculum and pedagogical documentation
* Ensure immaculate centre presentation within the internal and external play spaces
* Understand and interpret the relevant industry regulations and legislation, including the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework
* Build and engage with local communities, creating strong ties and relationships with the community and surrounding networks
