Your Role:
As a member of our housekeeping team, you'll be responsible for preparing our holiday homes to the highest standard for our guests. Your role is crucial in ensuring each stay is comfortable, clean, and seamless.
Responsibilities:
* Clean and prepare holiday homes between guest stays
* Ensure each property meets Hearn's high standards of cleanliness and presentation
* Report any maintenance or supply needs
* Work efficiently to scheduled turnaround times
What We're Looking For:
* Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
* Weekend and peak season availability (school holidays, events, festivals)
* Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential
* Driver's license and reliable transport
* Must be able to pass a police check (Working with Children check is also valid)
