Public Law Lawyer Opportunity
As a Public Law Lawyer, you will be involved in complex contractual disputes, regulatory enforcement, judicial reviews, hearings before tribunals, merits reviews, and general commercial litigation. This is an excellent role for the lawyer who enjoys going to court and developing their advocacy skills.
The Role
This challenging and rewarding position requires a skilled Senior Lawyer with experience in litigation, preferably in public/administrative law. You should have strong drafting skills, as well as good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to juggle competing priorities is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handling complex contractual disputes and regulatory enforcement matters
* Representing clients in judicial reviews and hearings before tribunals
* Providing advice on merits reviews and other commercial litigation matters

The ideal candidate will have around 12 months plus of experience as a Senior Lawyer in the area of litigation, preferably in public/administrative law.
