Tallarook Sheds design, supply and construct high quality domestic and commercial sheds. Due to continued growth we are seeking a motivated and organised person to join our team in a flexible administration and project support role.
About the Role
This is a flexible part or full time position supporting the day to day operations of our growing business. The role includes administration, sales, support and coordination of shed construction projects. You will be required to work from the office in Tallarook, from home and on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Following up sales leads and preparing quotations
- Preparing and generating contracts of sale
- Submitting and managing planning and building permits
- Scheduling and coordinating construction works
- Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors
- Maintaining databases of sales leads and project schedules
- Assisting with invoicing and accounting tasks
About You
- Previous building industry experience (preferred)
- Experience with planning and building permits (preferred)
- Sales or quotation preparation experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Experience with accounting systems
- High attention to detail
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
