Become an integral member of the Customer Experience Team!
In this role, you will be responsible for maximising business opportunities within their allocated states/territories by proving telephone, email and face-to-face customer support, to retain and develop business within Signet's Corporate Customer base.

Responsibilities
* Deliver high‐quality sales and customer service by processing orders accurately and on time, responding promptly to enquiries, and meeting same‐day dispatch commitments.
* Collaborate with the F2F corporate team to manage and grow a portfolio of corporate accounts through proactive relationship management, regular contact, issue resolution and strategic account development.
* Identify and develop solution sales opportunities within existing accounts and customer networks to exceed sales targets and contribute to team budgets.
* Collaborate with procurement, supply and internal stakeholders to meet customer product, service, forecasting and tender requirements.
* Promote Signet products, services and digital platforms by understanding customer needs, market conditions and competitive positioning.
* Maintain accurate CRM and administrative records, support operational processes, reporting and invoices, and contribute to continuous improvement and training initiatives.
About You
* 2-3 Years Experience in B2B Order Processing
* Experience in freight / logistics highly desired
* Customer service experience
* Previous CRM / BC system knowledge highly desired
* Brisbane based preferred, open to other locations
