NT Motorcycle Centre is on the hunt for an experienced Spare Parts Manager to join our busy dealership in Berrimah.
If you’ve previously managed spare parts in motorcycles, automotive, marine, agricultural or similar industries, we’d love to hear from you.
About the role
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the parts department, ensuring customers and the workshop get the right parts, on time, every time.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Assisting customers over the counter, via phone and email
* Identifying and supplying correct motorcycle and Polaris parts using catalogues and systems
* Preparing quotes and processing sales orders accurately
* Following up on backorders and deliveries, and keeping customers informed
* Coordinating with suppliers to ensure stock availability
* Maintaining organised stock control and a tidy parts department
