Lendlease has an exciting opportunity at our Erina Fair shopping centre. We are seeking a Customer Service Desk Officer to join our Centre Management Team on a casual basis.
Position Details
* Start date: ASAP
* Casual roles: 2 positions available
* Work hours vary; must be available across weekends
* Hours per week: 8-20
* No work from home option
* Location: Based entirely in the shopping centre, customer-facing and active role
* Pay rate: Retail award, current rate $26.65/hour + loading
* Reporting to: Team leader
Role Overview
The Customer Service Desk Officer is the face of our Centre, providing an exceptional customer experience. The role involves acting as a liaison between Centre Management, the Customer Service Team, shoppers, and retailers.
Key Responsibilities
* First point of contact at the Customer Service desk
* Handling mobility hire, gift card sales, administrative duties, and assisting with marketing events
* Providing excellent customer service and stakeholder management
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates will have broad knowledge of customer service principles, a positive, proactive attitude, and strong communication skills. Experience in retail, marketing, or administration is desirable but not essential.
