Our client is an Australian Energy Retailer. They are one of the largest providers and a leader in Australia's decarbonisation journey. Their investing in innovative ideas, partnerships, and infrastructure, and using innovative technology to provide simple and affordable energy solutions.
Currently, the business is looking to recruit an Operational Communications Manager, for an initial 6-month fixed term contract.
The objective of the role is to oversee the development of operational communications across the customer lifecycle, ensuring adherence to regulatory obligations and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the development of marketing communications campaigns to support the business plan and increase sales.
* Lead and manage targeted onboarding customer communications.
* Manage mandatory customer notifications across the customer lifecycle, including welcome pack and onboarding communications, energy bill, price change notices, remediation communications, and operational communications.
* Consult with legal and regulatory teams to ensure all communications are legally & regulatory compliant and stay up to date with evolving compliance requirements and integrate them into customer communications.
* Utilise customer journey mapping and other techniques to deliver a seamless customer experience.
* Develop ongoing reporting to measure the effectiveness of communications. Ensure regular updates to the broader business.
* Brief external agencies on the communications pieces and collateral (traditional and digital) to deliver our targeted messages.
Key Skills and Experience:
* Degree qualified in marketing, communications, or relevant discipline.
* 6+ years' experience in a similar role.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
* Experienced with Salesforce or similar CRM.
* Experience in digital marketing and platforms, content management, and marketing automation.
* Experience working with agencies.
