Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement personalized learning plans in collaboration with other educators.
• Provide individualized support to children with disabilities, language barriers, or cultural differences.
• Communicate regularly with families about their child's progress and provide ongoing support as needed.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture by promoting respect, empathy, and understanding among all staff members.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as maintaining accurate records and completing incident reports.
Requirements
• A minimum of 2 years' experience working with children in an educational setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong knowledge of child development theories and practices.
• Current first aid and CPR certification.
• Ability to lift up to 10kg.
• Willingness to undergo a Working with Children Check.
