ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced
Regional Sales Manager – Infection Control
to lead our NSW & QLD teams. This is a permanent position, and you can be based at either our Milperra office in Sydney or our Eight Mile Plains office in Brisbane.
You'll coach, support and develop a group of Territory Managers and Application Specialists while driving regional sales performance across a high-growth portfolio spanning both capital equipment and consumables across the public and private sectors.
Work closely with Product Managers, Major Projects, Planning, Implementations, Educators and the wider IFC team to ensure smooth delivery of projects, installations and customer solutions across your territories.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing regional sales team.
* Own regional sales and GP targets, with full accountability for forecasting and performance.
* Support the team with customer visits, coaching and territory planning.
* Ensure CRM accuracy, timely reporting and strong sales discipline.
* Implement marketing and sales strategies in partnership with Product Managers.
* Identify new opportunities across the Infection Control / Medical markets.
* Collaborate across multiple teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and installations.
ABOUT YOU
* Proven record in sales leadership within healthcare, medical or infection control industries.
* Experience with major projects and capital equipment highly desirable.
* Strong people leadership and coaching capability.
* Demonstrated success in achieving sales and GP targets.
* Excellent communication, planning and stakeholder management skills.
* Degree in Business, Science or a healthcare-related field preferred.
* Confident with CRM and reporting systems.
