**About the role**
We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant (EA) to join our Group Executive Services (GES) team. The EA will be responsible for providing a high level of Executive support to the GES group and in particular the International Business Development Manager (IBDM) and the General Manager New Zealand (GMNZ).

Key Accountabilities include, but not limited to:
- Streamlining administrative procedures for our international endeavours, including contractual and regulatory obligations
- Providing high quality secretarial and administrative support to GES
- Preparing and distributing agenda’s, minutes, reports as directed - meetings may occur outside of standard working hours, due to the international nature of the business
- Ensuring presentations and reports are prepared to the highest quality standard
- Proactively managing and maintaining diary and appointment bookings, accommodation and travel requirements, as directed
About you
- Cert IV in Business Administration
- Minimum 3yrs experience in an EA role
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite in particular WORD, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint coupled with strong grammatical and document formatting skills
- Experience in taking detailed and accurate meeting minutes at an Executive Level
- Demonstrated ability in producing high quality reports for Directors and Executive Management
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Current unrestricted NSW drivers’ licence
- Proof of Covid-19 vaccination
