We're partnering with a nationally respected design studio known for its human-centric and sustainable approach to the built environment. With a strong presence across Victoria, the studio is currently leading some of the state's most significant health and education projects.
They're well-established, highly regarded in the industry, and led by a supportive and values-driven leadership team.
We're seeking a Senior Interior Designer to take a leading role on large-scale health projects — including hospitals, clinics, and research facilities. You'll also have the opportunity to work across a variety of project typologies, adding depth and diversity to your portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the interior design of major health and institutional projects
* Oversee all phases from concept to delivery
* Coordinate with internal architecture teams, consultants and clients
* Mentor junior team members and contribute to studio culture
* Ensure compliance with relevant codes and sector requirements
About You:
* Minimum 5+ years' experience in interior design
* Demonstrated experience in health or public sector projects
* Strong documentation and space planning skills
* Proficiency in Revit essential
* Confident communicator and natural team leader
