What You'll Be Doing
* Managing Personal Injury Commercial Claims, ensuring workers receive the entitlements they deserve.
* Reviewing medical, financial, and rehabilitation reports to make thorough and accurate claim assessments.
* Applying cost‑effective strategies while prioritising the well‑being of injured workers.
* Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to provide proactive, timely case management.
* Delivering exceptional customer service to injured workers, employers, and legislative bodies.
What We're Looking For
* Relevant Experience: Whether you come from Workers Compensation claims, portfolio management, or call centre operations, your expertise matters. A psychology background is highly desirable.
* Team‑Oriented: Be part of a strong, supportive team focused on delivering excellent customer service.
* Strong Communicator: Exceptional listening and communication skills to build rapport and handle a high‑volume workload with empathy.
* Negotiation & Resilience: Ability to navigate complex information, negotiate effectively, and manage sensitive cases with resilience.
* Bonus: Allied Health or Psychology experience will set you apart.
