The Club's facilities include: 280 gaming machines, 4 bars, TAB and Keno, billiards and pool tables, child care centre, bottleshop, 3 functions rooms, 180 seat restaurant, 180 seat deck and 100 seat cafe, and a fleet of buses

About the Role ...
The bus driver role involves the safe and timely transportation of our members and guests to and from the Club. The Club courtesy bus is a free service that we provide for our members and guests.
We are looking for a person who has excellent driving skills, exceptional customer service, and will adhere to the traffic regulations and safety procedures.
Reporting to the Operations Manager and Floor Managers, your key responsibilities will include:

Customer service - Taking care of our members and guests
Assisting with accessibility needs when required
Picking up and dropping off passengers from their residence to the Club and then back to their residence
Organising the bus routes and schedules
Taking Bus bookings
Maintaining buses, cleaning and washing when required
Conducting daily pre - trip inspections of buses
Reporting any mechanical issues or defects
Working as a team & following direct order from your supervisors
Position involves some manual handling
Time management and strong organisational skills to ensure efficient workflow
This role has casual hours, with a weekly roster, two weeks in advance.
Shifts range from morning starts to very late finishing times.
Must be available days, nights, weekends, public holidays and split shifts.
About you ...
As someone with previous bus experience, you will possess a passion for customer service, and safe driving as a priority.
To be considered for this role, you
MUST
have relevant experience, skills and knowledge of the hospitality industry and required certificates.
Team worker, pleasant vibrant personality
Be a strong team member, willing to adapt to change and follow directions
Work effectively with other bus drivers
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with a range of different people
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Experience and Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year experience
Must be eligible to gain a National Police Certificate for employment
Current Drivers License
Current Drivers Authorisation
