A 12-month contract opportunity with the option to extend is available for a Service Design Analyst in Canberra or remotely. The Australian Cyber Security Centre (ACSC) leads the government's efforts to improve cyber security and is part of the Australian Signals Directorate (ASD).
About the Role
As a Service Design Analyst, you will develop services based on user needs and organisational outcomes.
* Designing new or changed service solutions.
* Ensuring comprehensive service design incorporating processes, support structure, reporting, and service capabilities.
* Updating and configuring service management systems and tools.
You will require:
* Minimum two years' experience in Service Architecture or Service Design with exposure to technology architectures and management systems.
* Knowledge of ICT processes, roles, and capabilities.
* Measurement methods and metrics.
We are looking for someone with:
* Experience in Business Analysis or Solution Analysis with a demonstrable record of success and achievement.
* Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
* Minimum training requirement of ITIL v3/v4 foundation.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience with one or more IT Service Management tools/backend IT systems.
* Service Design Intermediate/Managing Professional ITIL v3/v4.
Candidate Requirements:
* Bachelor degree in related field or equivalent qualification.
* Relevant experience in IT industry.
