About This Role
This is a pivotal position that plays a crucial role in the delivery of strategic redevelopment projects. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful completion of these projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the management of construction, tenant coordination, and project outcomes to ensure timely delivery.
* Minimise downtime by streamlining timelines related to construction staging, store handovers, and openings.
* Pursue maximum value for stakeholders through effective project management.
Experience & Capabilities:
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial development, particularly in retail.
* Proven leadership skills in fast-paced project environments with a track record of success.
* Advanced contract negotiation and administration expertise.
* Expertise in managing large-scale, complex construction projects.
