Responsibilities
* Deliver best practice customer service across all customer types.
* Carry out daily and weekly inventory checks, reporting any variations immediately.
* Maintain organized stock layout, prepare for monthly stocktakes, and manage retread case processing in SAP.
* Check transport invoices and delivery dockets to ensure 100% accuracy.
* Maintain purchase order records and ensure precise picking and returns against work orders.
* Support fitters with correct tyres as per SLAs and uphold model stock levels.
* Handle claims promptly and correctly, minimising unnecessary escalations.
* Contribute to operational efficiency by monitoring stock levels, following corporate policies, and supporting HSE procedures.
* Maintain warehouse plant and equipment and complete additional duties as required.
Qualifications
* Strong customer service mindset.
* High attention to detail and accuracy in stock handling.
* Ability to work collaboratively with fitters, store leadership, and the wider team.
* Commitment to safety, housekeeping, and operational standards.
* A proactive approach and willingness to support continuous improvement.
* A forklift licence would be desired or the ability to attain one.
