We are currently seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our team on a variety of residential construction projects.
About the Role:
* Framing, cladding, decking and fit-off work will be undertaken to a high standard, ensuring quality and attention to detail is maintained at all times.
* The successful candidate will work closely with other tradespeople to deliver each stage of the project efficiently, effectively and safely.
* Daily site updates and photos will be shared digitally via app or software to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
* Maintaining a safe, tidy and organised work site is essential, along with adhering to task lists and priorities set by management.
Requirements:
* A Certificate III in Carpentry (or equivalent trade qualification) is required for this role.
* The ideal candidate will have residential carpentry experience, particularly in new homes and/or extensions.
* A high level of attention to detail and reliability when working unsupervised is crucial.
* The successful applicant will also need to possess their own vehicle and a full set of tools, as well as hold current qualifications such as White Card, Silica Awareness Card and driver's licence.
* Good communication and problem-solving skills are also essential for success in this role.
