We are seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Manager to lead and grow our nursing and high intensity services within a fast-paced, expanding organisation.
Reporting to the Director of Nursing and forming part of the Senior Management Team, this role combines clinical governance, operational management and strong people leadership.
About the Role
You will:
* Lead end-to-end clinical referrals and onboarding (referrals, quotes, documentation, master rosters, nurse recruitment)
* Oversee clinical operations and service quality across all nursing clients
* Own the Clinical Risk Register and nursing compliance requirements
* Manage nursing incidents, mandatory reporting and complaints
* Ensure services meet the standards of the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and the National Disability Insurance Scheme Practice Standards
* Lead clinical audits and continuous improvement initiatives
* Line manage key clinical team members and provide overarching leadership to the nursing workforce
* Oversee rostering sustainability, workforce planning and HR compliance
* Build referral pathways and strengthen stakeholder partnerships
This is a hands-on leadership role — not purely clinical direction. You must be confident managing people, performance and operations.

* Experienced clinical leader (nursing background preferred)
* Strong HR and people management capability
* Operationally competent (rostering, recruitment, onboarding)
* Confident in governance, risk and compliance
* Able to see the "big picture" while managing day-to-day delivery
* Committed to quality, culture and service growth
* Will be part of Clinical On Call team
