As a dynamic leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Support the Store Leader in overseeing the customer experience, people development, merchandising, and operational functions of the store, contributing to the delivery of store targets and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive sales with your team to achieve targets and KPIs
* Assist the Store Leader with training, developing, and succession planning of your team
* Support the leader with daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and housekeeping
* Deliver a phenomenal in-store experience and influence the local active community through events, campaigns, and collaborations
