**Job Description** Pullman & Mercure Melbourne Albert Park** are looking for enthusiastic, friendly customer service extraordinaires with a strong knowledge of the World of Melbourne to join our Concierge team as a **Porter / Concierge**.
**About the Role!**
Reporting to the Chief Concierge, your responsibilities as a **Porter / Concierge** include:
- Being the first point of contact and greeting our guests with a warm welcome every time.
- Provide exceptional service to our guests in every interaction by anticipating their needs, responding to requests promptly, efficiently, and courteously.
- Share your knowledge and passion for Melbourne.
- Be the "face" of our hotel showing pride with each interaction.
- Welcome our guests and make them feel special.
- Assist guests with general enquiries and luggage requests.
- Valet parking of cars.
- General Porter duties as required.
**Qualifications** About You!**
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for customer service and finding solutions.
- A valid driver's license.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliability and flexibility to work a rotating roster across 7 days.
