Key Goals of Role:
* Transform the online customer experience / journey
* Spearhead projects such as platform migrations / upgrades
* Enhance B2B and B2C functionalities
* Systems / Data / API integrations to optimize performance
* Oversee growth driving digital initiatives
You will ideally have a background across:
* Managing eCommerce platforms / ecommerce ecosystems
* Technically focused with a User-Experience mind-set
* Hands-on experience with eCommerce platforms (eg. Magento / SF Commerce Cloud)
* Have a solid understanding / knowledge of CRM & ERP integrations
* Technical troubleshooting & problem solving across web / backend / workflow systems
* Strong stakeholder communication & engagement style
* Comfortable liaising with Technical & Non-Technical business users
* Possess unlimited full working rights in Australia
