About the Role
Hastings Deering is on the hunt for a Technical Trainer to join our award-winning team. This is a Permanent role that will facilitate and deliver training across our branches in NT and QLD.
As a Technical Trainer you will:
1. Develop and maintain training materials
2. Facilitate a safe, positive and open learning experience for all learners protecting the Hastings Deering brand and reputation.
3. Organize and execute logistical plans for printing, freight, facilities, travel details/bookings, inductions to ensure quality outcomes
4. Research, develop/manufacture and maintain training aids, visual aids and other appropriate items to support and enhance the learning experience.
5. Role model and demonstrate oneHD values and behavior both internally and externally.

About You
15. A successful teammate will have experience in:
16. Flexibility to travel
17. Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable - we will support you in doing this if you don't have it!)
18. Certificate III in Heavy Earthmoving ( MEM or AUR or Trade Equivalent)
19. Minimum 2-5 years post trade experience within the surface or underground mining industry, construction and heavy earthmoving
20. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
