Job Description
This role is responsible for managing the organisation's property portfolio, including acquisitions, leases, purchases, sales and land developments.
The successful applicant will have extensive experience in property portfolios, with a focus on sales, purchases, compulsory acquisitions and leasing of assets.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing Council properties to optimise their value and usage.
* Providing high-level advice to stakeholders regarding land and property management.
* Contract management for properties owned by the organisation.
