The Accommodation Team Lead is responsible for ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
This role involves managing the inventory of supplies and amenities, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely reordering.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Drive continuous improvement through effective planning, leadership, and coaching.
* Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
About You:
* 3+ years' experience in a managerial role within accommodation or hospitality.
* A diploma or degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field (advantageous).
* Certification in hotel management or a related discipline (advantageous).
