Here's a Snapshot Of Your Day

1. To oversee the delivery of planned and reactive works across the Client's sites within the contractual service level agreements and KPI requirements.
2. To liaise with the various client contacts and build strong working relationships.
3. To maintain and update all CBRE vendor Statutory and Non-Statutory Compliance records and documentation as required.
4. To manage the financial, administrative and commercial aspects of the contract such as raising PO’s and assist vendors with Coupa platform and training as required.
5. To prepare and issue reports as requested by the facilities management team.
6. To support the mail room as required including cover front of house occasionally as required.
Skills And Experience

1. Customer service focus with the ability to communicate with internal and external clients at all levels.
2. Experience in customer service and/or front of house / client facing in a professional / corporate environment.
3. Exposure in facilities management.
4. Excellent time management and organization skills with the ability to manage workflow and priorities and meet deadlines.
5. Intermediate to advanced level in core Microsoft Packages – Word, Excel, and Outlook.
