Senior Business Development Professional

This is a high-impact role focused on generating qualified leads and driving new business opportunities by connecting small businesses with an expert team.

* Identify and Qualify Prospects: Research, identify, and target small and medium-sized businesses that are in need of financial services.
* Build Relationships: Establish trust and rapport with business owners, CFOs, and decision-makers through proactive outreach and networking.
* Pipeline Development: Manage and grow a strong pipeline of qualified prospects through a mix of outbound efforts, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
* Collaboration with Senior Staff: Coordinate and schedule initial meetings with senior staff who will lead the client sales and engagement process.
* CRM Management: Maintain accurate and timely records of all prospecting activities and sales interactions in our CRM system.
* Market Presence: Represent at local business networking events, trade shows, and community gatherings.

Required Skills:

* 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or relationship management.
* Knowledge of the local SMB ecosystem and a strong network preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Self-starter with a proactive approach to outreach.
* Strong organizational and CRM management skills.
* Passionate about helping business owners succeed.
