Riverland Mallee Coorong Local Health Network, Berri ASO3 | Part Time Contract 0.6 FTE | Ongoing Salary: $67,589 - $72,033 p.a (pro rata) Eligibility: Open to Everyone Join Our Team as a Medical Education Support Officer – Support Learning, Training and Future Medical Leaders Are you highly organised and passionate about supporting medical education and workforce development? This role offers the opportunity to provide essential administrative and project support that strengthens training for Trainee Medical Officers and enhances the delivery of medical education across RMCLHN. About the Role: As a Medical Education Support Officer, you will provide high-level liaison and administrative support to the Clinical Director, Medical Education Officer, and Medical Services staff. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient delivery of operations, including advice on administrative and accreditation matters related to medical education. Your role will also include research and project support for initiatives within the Medical Education Unit, along with contributing to the development and implementation of training and online learning activities through ICT systems. You will also provide secretariat support to the Medical Education Committee and its sub-committees, ensuring effective governance and communication. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in the provision of a comprehensive and high-level range of administrative and secretarial support services, including management of diary appointments, travel arrangements and events, and preparation of minutes, reports, letters, briefs and other correspondence. Demonstrated experience in undertaking research and project activities requiring the analysis of problems and the provision of appropriate recommendations and solutions. Experience in administrative process and records management, and in the use of computing software to produce high quality documents and presentation material.
