The Opportunity
CSR is seeking a Receptionist based in our Corporate office in North Ryde for a 12-month fixed term contract. This position offers a unique opportunity to combine front-of-house responsibilities with executive-level administrative support. You will be the first point of contact for clients, employees and visitors, while also working closely with senior executives to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
About The Role
* Greet & assist visitors, clients and staff with warmth and professionalism
* Manage all incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
* Maintain office supplies and reception area standards
* Ensure confidentiality & discretion in handling information
* Provide administrative support to an Executive Manager, managing calendars, appointments and scheduling with accuracy
* Coordinate meetings and events including agendas, minutes and travel arrangements
* Oversee contractor compliance and office maintenance
* Support WHS, Fire Warden, and First Aid coordination
* Process invoices, purchase orders (SAP preferred), and reports
About You
* Previous experience in reception or administration roles
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent attention to detail with a customer-focused approach
* Highly organized with the ability to multitask and work autonomously
* Proven ability to manage the administration for senior stakeholders
* SAP experience preferred but not essential
