**TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE**
BAUER KOMPRESSOREN Australia Pty Ltd, is firmly established as a Global leading manufacturer of High Pressure Compressors and Purification systems, with a reputation for providing excellent customer service.
We have a position available for a Technical Sales Representative (preferred with High Pressure Compressor and Purification background in Breathing Air, Industrial Gases and CNG) to be part of our sales team with Development of Sales in Australia/New Zealand/South Pacific and will be based from BAUER Head Office in Western Sydney, Australia.
We would like to hear from applicants with preferred previous technical sales experience within the High Pressure Compressor field (approx. 50 to 500bar pressures), where a focus has been on sourcing new business and providing support to the field sales personnel by means of responding to customer enquiries and selecting suitable equipment and preparing quotations accordingly.
The right person needs to be highly motivated, energetic starters to assist with our continued growth and expansion.
**_Key requirements: _**
- At least 2 years relevant experience in High Pressure compressor and gas industry
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent
- SAP experience
- Target new channel of sales
- Support the sales and ensure excellent communication exists with relationships between end-users and key distributors.
- Support sales in Sales targets within the region are achieved or exceeded
- Work with Engineering to assemble and provide relevant information and drawings for quotations accordingly.
- Work with Sales team to manage the distribution communication process, ensuring processes are followed and timelines met
- Setup client Sales meetings and communication with regular progress meetings
- Assisting in Co-ordinating Industry shows and product launches and product / service training
Teamwork is essential, although the ability to work autonomously is expected. Excellent communication skills, a mature, hands-on and self-motivated work ethic, and a demonstrated ability to prioritise and schedule your workload will be required for success.
That you are able to influence and persuade to achieve the desired outcome and you have strong analytical and negotiation skills as well as having profound sales capabilities.
Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills are a must.
A remuneration package including base salary of $77k + super, plus career development is offered.
**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $77,000.00 per year
