* You will deliver strategic leadership and business transformation workshops, guiding Senior Leadership Teams through structured sessions that align vision, people, and execution across the business.
* You will offer additional consulting and services, such as workshops, planning sessions, and bespoke consulting, to diversify revenue and deepen impact.
* You will engage with your community by attending events, speaking on growth topics, and hosting your own events. These moments will let you showcase expertise, create visibility, and build trust with business owners who seek support and new opportunities.
* You will market the business using a mix of direct marketing, social media, and event marketing, supported by proven systems, to build awareness and become known as a go-to resource for ambitious entrepreneurs in the area.
