About the Role We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Sheridan Doncaster Boutique.
This is a part-time position at 31.75 hours/week, requiring availability Sunday through Thursday .
Lead and inspire your team to achieve budgets, KPIs, and targets.
Drive a high-performing team committed to providing exceptional customer service.
Coach your team through product knowledge, using your passion for selling.
Maintain store operations including stock management and visual merchandising.
Previous experience in people management, coaching, and delivering feedback is ideal.
