About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on training in all areas of butchery, including:
* Breaking down and preparing beef, lamb, pork, and poultry
* Sausage making, curing, and smallgoods production
* Knife skills, portioning, and presentation
* Food safety, hygiene, and quality control
* Customer service and retail presentation
