IT Support Technician (On-Site)
Location: South Geelong, VIC
Responsibilities
* Responding to and resolving IT support tickets
* Setting up and configuring hardware such as laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
* Installing and updating software applications
* Assisting with onboarding and offboarding users
* Supporting network, printer, and peripheral troubleshooting
* Maintaining and updating IT documentation and guides
* Helping with inventory and asset tracking
* Participating in ongoing IT projects and upgrades
* Required to be part of the on‐call roster (once every few weeks)
* Store setup and travel opportunities
Qualifications and Experience
* Willing to learn and eager to grow your IT knowledge
* A clear communicator who's comfortable helping people at all levels
* Organised, reliable, and proactive
* Interested in technology and solving problems
Preferred Qualifications
* Familiar with Windows and/or macOS environments
* Basic understanding of networking concepts (e.g. IP, DNS)
* Exposure to tools like Microsoft 365, Active Directory, or ticketing systems
* Experience configuring PC/Mobile hardware
