Reporting to the Restaurant Manager and Head Sommelier, you will be given extensive in-house training, be working with, and learning from some of the most passionate and skilled hospitality professionals in the country.
As Sommelier your role is to assist the Head Sommelier in the day to day running of the wine and beverage program by absorbing a thorough knowledge of the beverage offerings to better equip our guests' choices for their experience. You should have an all-rounder work ethic as well as fulfilling your own self-directed learning, attending onsite trainings.
