This organisation is committed to overseeing the delivery of high-quality education services for over 100,000 students. Recently formed, this organisation oversees the governance and administration of learning communities and is now undergoing significant growth and change.
Reporting to the HR Manager this role will support the business and stakeholders in recruitment, talent management and the provision of quality generalist HR advice.
Key aspects of the role will include:
- Proactively support, coach, and provide recruitment advice to stakeholders.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to proactively support talent and workforce planning
- Onboarding and induction of current starters
- Collaborate with the broader HR team to review policies and procedures and participate in the continuous improvement of Human Resources processes, systems, and performance
- Support stakeholders in all people issues including performance management and case management
- Other ad hoc HR projects
To succeed in this role, you will be degree qualified in Human Resources and enjoy working in talent acquisition. You will be part of a broader HR team who are collaborative and supportive and seek to provide quality HR support to the broader business.
This role will be perfect for someone passionate about recruitment or a recruiter looking to transfer into a generalist HR role.
