Customer Lifecycle Marketing Expert
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on professional to lead our digital marketing capability.
* Develop and execute customer lifecycle email marketing strategies across multiple portfolios
* Own and optimise HubSpot, including landing pages, forms, CTAs, content personalisation, segmentation, lead scoring, workflows, and performance reporting
* Build and maintain customer journeys that align to various service offerings and target audience needs
* Execute engaging, tailored email campaigns designed for lead nurturing, re-engagement, onboarding, and conversion
* Monitor and continuously improve campaign performance through A/B testing, personalisation, and page optimisation within HubSpot
* Collaborate with digital and content teams to ensure website and campaign content supports engagement, cross-sell and upsell opportunities
* Provide insights and performance reports to stakeholders, including attribution tracking and ROI analysis
* Maintain data integrity, privacy compliance, and platform best practices
* Educate and support colleagues across the marketing team on HubSpot tools, personalisation techniques, and performance tracking
This role requires advanced certifications such as HubSpot Marketing Hub Implementation, HubSpot Marketing Software Certification, HubSpot CMS for Marketers, HubSpot Email Marketing Certification and HubSpot Revenue Operations Certification.
