Are you a senior podiatrist who loves biomechanics, clinical reasoning, and helping other clinicians level up?
At Sole Podiatry, we're looking for an experienced musculoskeletal podiatrist ready to step into a Clinical Lead – MSK role — combining hands-on patient care with mentoring, leadership, and system development.
This isn't just another podiatry job.
This is an opportunity to shape clinical standards, influence how a team treats MSK conditions, and help build the future of musculoskeletal podiatry within a growing multi-clinic practice.
About The Role
This position blends consulting with leadership responsibilities.
You'll continue seeing patients while also guiding our podiatry team in biomechanical assessment, rehabilitation planning, and evidence-based MSK care — helping ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes across the clinic.
As our MSK Clinical Lead, you'll help:
Mentor and train podiatrists in biomechanics and musculoskeletal management
Develop and refine clinic-wide MSK "Signature Systems"
Lead internal CPD and clinical training sessions
Support advanced technology use (shockwave, laser, rehab protocols)
Strengthen evidence-based clinical delivery across the team
This role is designed for someone who enjoys teaching just as much as treating.
The position aligns with our internal Clinical Lead framework focused on mentoring, CPD delivery, and system development .
Who This Role Is Perfect For
You might be feeling ready for something more — not management admin, but real clinical leadership.
This role will suit a podiatrist who:
Has 5+ years clinical experience
Has a strong foundation in biomechanics and musculoskeletal podiatry
Enjoys mentoring or supporting younger clinicians
Thinks critically about treatment plans and patient outcomes
Wants to influence clinic systems, not just follow them
Values evidence-based practice and continuous improvement
If you've ever thought, "I wish clinics delivered MSK care more consistently" — you'll love this role.
