Facilities Management Role
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our school facilities across multiple campuses.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing reactive and preventative maintenance, coordinating contractors and service providers, leading and supporting the facilities team, monitoring and managing the maintenance budget, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards, working closely with school leadership to plan and deliver facility improvements, and assessing and troubleshooting issues using practical experience.
This is an ideal role for a practical, solutions-focused leader who enjoys being involved in both the big picture and the small details.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude
* Ability to oversee projects and work collaboratively with both internal stakeholders and external contractors
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Comfortable using digital systems for maintenance scheduling and reporting
* A sound understanding of the Child Safe Standards and a commitment to the safety and wellbeing of children
Why This Role?
