Civic Disability Services is seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join Civic’s Service Delivery Team in the position of Clinical Service Lead.
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role is responsible for providing high quality, person-centred support to clients while coordinating day to day operations and clinical requirements across allocated service sites, including acting as a key point of contact to ensure effective communication and consistent service delivery.
The role combines clinical support with operational supervision, ensuring client outcomes, staff practice, compliance, and site operations align with organisational standards, legislative requirements, and Civic’s way of working.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Deliver and oversee person-centred support, ensuring individual plans and goals are consistently implemented across shifts and sites.
* Coordinate day-to-day operations at allocated accommodation sites, supporting continuity of care and communication.
* Work alongside The Clinical Team to ensure client clinical wellbeing and safety.
* Support Registered Nurses and Allied Health Teams with education and implementation of client health and clinical plans.
* Coordinate all aspects of clinical intervention and wellbeing with Clinical and Allied Health teams to support client needs.
* Provide guidance, mentoring and support to Support Workers, promoting best practice and consistent service delivery.
* Oversee site compliance, documentation, medication management, and incident reporting.
* Support workforce coordination, including rosters, leave, unplanned absences, and timesheet approvals.
* Assist with client and house financial processes in line with approved budgets and organisational requirements.
* Actively contribute to quality, safeguarding, risk management and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Lead and support Workplace Health & Safety practices, emergency preparedness, and safe work behaviours.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
You are enthusiastic, take initiative and demonstrate a strong commitment to your work. You thrive on staying organised and excel in dynamic environments.
You will possess:
* 5+ years previous experience working in a frontline, client facing role such as Support Worker, Nurse, Paramedic etc.
* Diploma of Nursing coupled with relevant AHPRA registration.
* Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support or a related discipline (highly desirable).
* Previous experience supervising frontline staff (desirable).
* Demonstrated understanding of NDIS operational requirements, funding, budgeting and effective rostering.
* Previous experience using a CRM coupled with intermediate Microsoft Office and computer skills.
* Valid driver’s licence.
To succeed as a Clinical Service Lead, you will demonstrate a genuine commitment to person centred practice and positive client outcomes. You will be confident in supporting and guiding Support Workers in their day-to-day-to practice and have strong communication-day practice and have strong communication and relationship building-building skills.
